Returns & Exchange
Eligibility
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-stitched pieces, made-to-measure bridal orders, and any item marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through pickup and next steps. Self-serve returns from your account will be added once our backend is connected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
